Installable app (PWA)
Install it from the browser and it behaves like a native app, with its own icon and window. Icons, shell and recently viewed map tiles are cached, so it keeps working with no signal and syncs when you are back.
Android and iOS
A signed Android build for field users, with the iOS build following. Both open the live portal, so an operator is never running last month’s version during an operation.
Operations
Every detail as its own record: brief, principals, schedule day by day, venues, teams, contacts, finances and an after-action debrief. Phases carry duties, so each member has their own times, service and extra hours.
Live operational map
2D and 3D map with the team on it live. Pins, recces, geofences with entry and exit alerts, PACE routes, special markers for police, hospitals, safe rooms, safe havens and rally points, and trail replay of where everyone actually went.
Tactical boards
Formations on a scaled board with real top-view vehicles, liaison lines and direction pads. Advanced positioning over a photograph or a satellite frame. Vehicles and seats for embus and debus planning.
Principals
Reusable protectee profiles with the 7 P’s profiling, photographs, nationality and country, linked into as many operations as needed rather than retyped for each one.
Finances
Budget against committed spend, per-member settlement with rates, per-diem, extra hours and advances, expense approval with receipt photographs, and printable payment statements and a full financial register.
Field tools and alerting
SOS with duress PIN, check-ins and welfare watch, sitreps, watchlists, airport and country reference, distance and currency tools. Alerts reach command through your own Telegram bot.
Every record carries your company’s account id, and the database rules refuse cross-company reads and writes on the server, not merely in the interface. Data sits in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your Telegram bot token never leaves the server. Deletion is real deletion: no recycle bin, no hidden copy.
